• Raise the sharpener (18) and rotate it 180°.
• Carefully lower the sharpener (18) again, the blade (16) automatically centres between
the two grinders.
• Screw the knob (35).
• Reconnect the machine to the power socket.
• Activate the blade by pressing button “ I ” (3) (the warning light “5” turns on).
• Press button “X” and keep it pressed for about 30/40 seconds.
• Release button “X” and stop the blade by pressing button “ O ” (4); the warning light (5)
turns off.
