4. Horizontal runs of vent pipe must be supported to prevent any downward sags. Horizontal pipe sections should be
supported at least every 4 feet. Wall straps can be used for this purpose.

DO NOT pack insulation around the vent. Insulation must be kept back from the pipe to prevent overheating.
