FAQ
Q: The device cannot connect to WiFi.
A:
1. Please confirm that the wireless network to be connected is 2.4G protocol. This device is NOT
compable with 5G.
2. Make sure that the LED on the front of the doorbell is in the “red light flashing slowly state”.
The device may have med out before you had a chance to complete the setup.
3. Check if the Wi-Fi account password is correct and whether there are extra spaces or a
mis-spelling.
Q: The device is online and there is a triggering event, but the phone does not receive push
informaon.

Run the ToSee APP and turn on the noficaon funcon on the "Apply Permissions". Turn off the
"Ba0ery Opmizaon" and also the "End the APP at Background and Reset Screen"
(Different mobile phone manufacturers have different opmizaon methods, please refer to the actual
situaon)
Q: What power supply methods does the device support?
A:
1. The device can operate using the 18650 ba0eries supplied with the unit
2. You can charge the ba0eries or run the device using the USB port
Q: What storage methods does the device support?
A:
The device can use the TF card for video storage, or it can use the real-me recording and capture
funcons of the mobile phone if your phone supports it.
