Fuel level too high
Adjust float
Loose jets
Tighten jets

Clean/replace air filter

POOR ACCELERATION
Clogged fuel passages
Clean fuel passages
Clogged low speed jet or bleed tube

HARD STARTING
Choke plate not operating properly
