following criteria must be fulfilled:
The absorbance of the Standard 1 must be <
0.2.
The absorbance of the Standard 2 must be
higher than that of the Negative Control.
The absorbance of the Standard 2 must be
lower than that of the Low Positive Control.
The High Positive Control must be > 250
IU/ml.
The Negative Control must be < 40 IU/ml.

shows all options that are possible (if kinetics has
