Use as a tasty side dish or incorporate these beans into your own recipes; refer to page
8 for cooker operation instructions . These simple recipes make very mildly flavored
beans - adjust to suit your own preferences .
Make sure to add any salt at the end
of the cook cycles, as salt will toughen the skins and it will be more difficult
to cook the beans . These recipes make large portions but leftovers can easily be
frozen and stored (page 9) or you may choose to halve all the ingredients to make a
smaller portion . User should read instruction manual and fully understand how to operate the
