Troubleshooting guide
Before calling service personnel, please check the following chart for a
possible cause of the trouble you are experiencing.
Symptom
Check these things
No picture
•
Check if the power cord is plugged in.
•
Check if the power is not OFF or standby.
•
Check if the auxiliary equipment is connected properly.
•
Check if the input setting is correct.
•
Check if the signal is suitable.
The remote control does not
operate
•
Check if the batteries are inserted matching the + and - marks of the
battery compartment.
•
Check if the batteries are exhausted.
•
Aim at the remote control sensor when using the remote control.
The picture colour is pale, or
not clear
•
Check the picture quality adjustment.
•
Check if the cables are connected correctly.
Malfunction or trouble

Smoke or peculiar smells
If the unit is still used in this condition, it may cause a fire or an electric shock.

Remove the power plug from the outlet immediately.
