IR 102 Front Panel
The IR 102 front panel contains the following:

Power LED
— When lit, this green LED indicates power is applied. The LED blinks
during communication activity.
Selecting an Input
To select an input on a switcher or the SMD 202 decoder
using the remote control:
1.
Aim the handheld unit at the IR Sensor or the front
panel IR signal detector of the switcher or decoder.
2.
Press
two
numbered buttons for the desired input
(see figure 6,

, at right) as follows:

For switcher inputs 1 through 9, press

, followed
by the input number. For example, for input 1

For switchers with 10 or more inputs, press the
+10
button (

) to add 10 to the input number
that you want to select. For example, to select
input 17, press the

For input 10, press

The maximum operating range of the IR 102 remote control
is 30 feet (9.1 meters).
