Kensington Lock
During power on the front panel LED flashes according to the startup activity, listed below.
The Status LED flashes during startup or to indicate the receiver is responding to remote control
commands as follows:

Remains off for around 10 seconds, then on for
around 20 - 30 seconds with periods of rapid
flickering. Followed by IP address acquisition.
Acquiring IP address via DHCP

Standard operation (Default LED status: On)

reception of remote handset commands.

Always off, blinking on briefly on reception of
remote handset commands.
