Cleaning Surfaces
1. Wipe surfaces clean with mild dishwashing detergent or baking soda mixed with water.
2. For stubborn stains, use a citrus-based degreaser and a nylon scrubbing brush.
3. Rinse clean with water.
4. Allow to air dry.
Cleaning Heating Element
1. Turn grill off per “Turning Off” section.
2. Remove cooking grate.
3. Remove heating element.
4. Clean element with damp cloth. Be careful not to scratch surface.
CAUTION : Do NOT immerse heating element in water.
5. Inspect heating element for any damage. If damage is found, replace with new heating
element from manufacturer.
6. Reinstall heating element securely.
7. Reinstall cooking grate.
8. Inspect temperature control assembly/cord for any damage. If damage is found,
replace with new temperature control assembly/cord from manufacturer.
