2.2 DMX Channels.
•
Channel 1 : Fan is disabled from 0 to 10, then the speed increases from 11 to 255 as channel 1
controls the powering of the FAN.
•
Channel 2 : Smoke output volume is stopped from 0 to 10, then the smoke volume increases from
11 to 255 as Channel 2 controls the fluid pump.
•
3. Important Notes :
•
Tank number 1 should contain DEMINERALIZED WATER only.
•
Tank number 2 is used automatically, it should never be filled manually, it flows out through the
window into tank number 1 where water is pumped again.
•
Do not cover the grid on the side, this is air input, keep it free and clean.
•
If volume seems weak, machine makes too much noise, or effect is jerky ; please immediately stop
the machine, check levels and connectios as DMX program. If nothing seems anormal please
contact your reseller.
•
After long time used, the ground could be sliding, beware on around people security.
•
Drain out all fluids and water for transport.
•
Do no not cut power during smoke making.
•
Do not open the machine, do not try any unmounting.
•
Excessive dust, fluid residue and dirt will degrade performance and cause overheating. Remove
dust from air vents with air compressor, vacuum or a soft brush. The casing could be cleaned by the
damp cloth.
•
Make the machine work at least one time each month.
•
4. Mandatory preventive maintenance.
•
Maintenance is needed every 40 hours of use : Let the machine work for 10
minutes with the fluid tanker filled with a good quality CLEANER FLUID; this will
allow to prevent from clogging. Let the machine work again with demineralized
water to remove vinegar’s smell.
•
Pipes into the machine are made of good and durable materials. If the machine
becomes clogged, this will be from bad fluids, bad use or miss of maintenance,
never from a bad design/materials quality.
