What happens if my heated gloves are damaged or torn?
DO NOT
attempt to replace or interfere with the electrical components in the heated gloves. Return the
item to EXO2 for repair.
What happens if my heated gloves don’t get warm?
Firstly, check that you have the gloves connected to the EXO2 power packs as described and that the LED
shows green when switched ‘On’ (indicating power is available). If the gloves still do not heat, contact
EXO2 at the number or email address listed below.

ARRANTY
Every pair of heated gloves is supplied with a one-year warranty covering all electronic and mechanical
failures. In the unlikely event that any part should fail because of a defect within the first year, return the
gloves to exo² for repair or replacement.
Note: The warranty does not cover intentional alterations, accidental damage or improper cleaning.
Any request to return the heated gloves must have a
Return Authorization Number
(RMA) which can only
be supplied by exo². Please contact exo² Custom Service for any questions or concerns.
