surges, abuse, neglect, unauthorized or unqualified repairs,

product alteration, fire, flood, freeze damage, Acts of Nature

or Acts of God.

• Damage or degrading of concrete, natural stone, wood or

synthetic surfaces adjacent to the swimming pool or spa.

• Problems or damages incurred due to improper installation

and/or improper electrical supply
