Troubleshooting and Solutions
Common Fault
Issues to be Checked
Unable to bootup
after powered on
1.
Please make sure whether the power cord is well
connected;
2.
Please make sure whether the adopted power supply
meets the power requirement of the motherboard;
3.
Please check whether the CPU has been properly
installed and whether the CPU has been buckled properly;
4.
Remove and install the memory module again;
5.
Replace the memory module;
6.
Please clear the CMOS according to the Manual;
7.
Please make sure whether there are peripheral cards
connected, and whether it is normal after removing the
peripheral cards;
BIOS Setup cannot
be saved
Please check whether the CMOS battery voltage is lower
than 2.8V; if so, replace it with a new battery, set and save
the BIOS Setup again.
No bootable device
can be found
1.
Please make sure the power cable or data cable of the
HDD is connected properly;
2.
Please check whether there is physical damage to the
HDD;
3.
Please make sure operating system has been normally
installed in the HDD.
Blue screen or
computer crush
occurred when
entering system
1.
Please check whether the memory module or the
peripheral card is loose;
2.
Try to remove the newly installed hardware, uninstall
the driver or software;
3.
Try to replace the memory module.
