From this menu is possible to manually calibrate 2 sensors of the appliance. The Chamber sensor is the one acquiring the tempera-
ture into the appliance, while the Product simulation sensor (optionally available) simulate the temperature of the products stored into
the appliance with a ballasting of 250 ml of water (or anti-freezing liquid). Through this menu is possible to adjust the reading of the
sensors according to reading of external comparison thermometers, data loggers, thermocouples or personal wishes. To access to the
