STEP 3 ATTACH THE HANDLEBAR AND BACK CUSHION SUPPORT FRAME
1.
Insert the back cushion support frame (6) to the seat post of the rear frame (2) and tighten with
four allen head bolts (40), four flat washers (49) on three sides of the seat support frame (5).
2. Attach the handlebar (4) with hand pulse to the
welded curved bracket of the seat support frame
(5) and secure with two allen head bolts (90), two curve washers (52), and two spring washers
(48).
3. Insert the hand pulse wires (82) into the socket of the rear section system cable (81) of the rear
frame (2).
STEP 4 ATTACH THE SEAT AND BACK CUSHION
1.
Remove the four pre-assembled bolts (56) from the back of the seat (54).
2.
Attach the seat (54) to the two brackets of the seat support frame (5) and secure with four cross
head bolts (56).
3.
Attach the back cushion (55) to the two welded screw holes of the back cushion support frame
(6). Secure using two allen head bolts (67).
