The Eveready ® Energy Vault AS1 and B1 systems have an Ingress Protection
rating of IP65 and do not require any routine maintenance from the End-User.
For accumulation of dirt, dust, or debris, please ensure the product frame and
LED Status Indicators are cleaned using a soft dry cloth. Do not use any cleaning
agents as they may damage the components. The battery modules are encased
within the enclosures and do not require any maintenance.
Function Checks
Users must ensure a reliable internet connection is available at all times and are
encouraged to check the
Eveready
®
Energy Vault
App at regular intervals to
ensure system operation is consistent. Ensure you check any outstanding alarms
on the App, to prevent the system from going into fault mode. If a warning/error
persists or system behaviour becomes unusual, please contact your system
provider for further support. A list of error codes applicable to the Eveready ®
Energy Vault AS1 system are covered in Table 4. If you have Blackout Protection
enabled at the time of installation, and you experience a blackout in the area,
ensure the loads connected on the Back-Up/UPS side are reduced and any
connected circuit breakers are checked for trips within the switchboard.
