TERMS OF WARRANTY
You may have rights implied by State or Federal Law. Nothing in terms of this warranty is to be taken to
exclude any conditions or warranties implied by State or Federal Law, which cannot be excluded or
modified.
Everdure warrants to the original purchaser of this Everdure barbecue who uses it for non-commercial
purposes that it is free from defect in parts, material and workmanship from the date of purchase for the
periods listed below:

Should the barbecue or any of its parts fail due to faulty parts or defective workmanship within the
specified period from date of purchase, Everdure will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective
part free of charge. Replacement or repairs under warranty are made free of charge provided the
barbecue is delivered to an Authorised Service Centre, and freight charges both ways are paid by the
owner of the barbecue. No liability will be accepted for loss or damage in transit.

This warranty does not cover in home service where the barbecue is installed outside the normal
service area of the nearest Authorised Service Centre.
