When you contact us, please have the product model 

number and date of manufacture (found on the back of the 

child restraint).

•  To clean pad, slide the elastic loops of the seat pad off of 

the seat shell.  Remove the harness system. See “Chang-

ing the Harness Position” on page 12 to ensure proper 

reinstallation of harness straps. 

•  Cloth pad, canopy and head support may be machine 

washed separately cold water, delicate cycle, tumble dry 

10 – 15 minutes, low heat.

•  Wipe straps, buckles and harness adjuster with warm 

damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry. 

•  To help protect the vehicle upholstery, place a towel 

beneath and behind the child restraint.
