Step 5

Use the orifi ce tool to remove the LP gas 
valve orifi ce from each main burner valve 
through the hole in the fi rebox front panel. 

 

Note:  All orifi ces of the grill are double 

orifi ces (LP gas and natural gas). 
You only remove the LP gas orifi ce 

tip. 

Step 6

 

Remove the side burner grate and wire 

clip from the side burner tube.

Step 7

 

Remove wing nut from side burner. 

Remove ignition wire from electrode. 
Carefully lift up and away side burner from 
valve nozzle. Set aside for later use.
