4. OPERATION

Braking
Electro-magnetic brake: Release the throttle lever completely, the controller will decelerate the scooter
to a stop at which point the electromagnetic brake will be activated automatically and the
motor/transaxle will be locked.
Warning
When on a gradient NEVER switch the vehicle to the freewheel mode. The electromagnetic brakes will
not be applied. This may result in injury.

Seat
The seat can be swiveled 90 degrees to either side in 45 degree increments.
Push the swivel lever forward and swivel seat to the right or to the left.
Release the lever, and then continue swiveling the seat until it locks into position.
Attention
Return the seat to the forward position before riding.

How to adjust the armrest width: Dual Seat Only
Loosen the knobs at the receiver tube behind the seat and then adjust the to the desired armrest width by
sliding the armrest in or out of the receiver tube. Once satisfied with the width, tighten the knobs again.

How to re-position the seat
The distance between the seat and tiller can be adjusted forward and back by using the seat slide lever in
the single seat option only. Pull the lever up and slide the seat forward or back to the desired position.
Release the lever and let the seat slide lock.
How to set to free-wheel mode
Engaged mode : Push the free-wheel lever to the forward position to engage it. The scooter can be
operated by motor power.
Free-wheel Mode
:
Push the lever to the back position. The scooter can be moved manually and drive
will be disabled by the controller if the power is ON.
