1. Safety Warnings
Please read the instructions and warnings before using the product for the first time.
•
This product was not designed to be used by anyone (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities, or by people without
adequate experience and/or knowledge.
•
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience
and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
•
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
•
The appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
•
Keep the device and the power cable out of the reach of children under 8 when the device is plugged in or cooling down.
•
Use non-metal utensils to prevent scratching the surface of .
•
Use Savormatic® on a dry surface.
•
Do not touch hot surfaces without a cooking glove.
•
Do not use Savormatic® if the electric cable or the plug is damaged.
•
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
•
Unplug your Savormatic® when it is not in use and before you clean it. Turn it off before unplugging it.
•
Do not unplug Savormatic® with wet hands.
•
When lifting the lid, take care not to be burned by the steam.
•
WARNING: This electrical appliance contains a heating function. Surfaces, also different than the functional surfaces, can develop high temperatures.
Since temperatures are differently perceived by different persons, this equipment shall be used with CAUTION. The equipment shall be touch only
at intended handles and gripping surfaces, and use heat protection like gloves or similar. Surfaces other than intended gripping surfaces shall get
sufficiently time to the cool down before getting touched.

Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
•

2. Operation
Savormatic® has 3 positions: closed, partially open (90º) and completely open (180º). To open it
completely, lift the handle up and turn it until the upper plate is in the horizontal position.
• You can cook with the lid closed.
• You can fry or grill with the lid open.
In both cases, the plates can be used at the same time or separately, because Savormatic® has
a switch for each plate.

4. Instructions for Use
1. Plug the device into the mains.
2. Turn on the ON/OFF button on the plate or plates you plan to use.
3. Set the timer to the desired time (1-30 min.).
4. When the timer stops, Savormatic® will stop working.
5. Turn off the ON/OFF button.
Note: Savormatic® will not work if the timer is not set.
Savormatic® heats at a constant temperature of 185°C.
5. Cleaning and Maintenance
Unplug Savormatic® from the mains. Clean the plates with soap and water. Do not use aggressive cleaners that may damage the surface.
Savormatic® can be cleaned on the inside and outside with a damp cloth. Before cleaning, make sure the device is unplugged and is not hot.
IMPORTANT: Never pour water directly on Savormatic®. Never submerge it in water. Not dishwasher safe.

Quality Warranty
This product is covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects subject to the time periods stipulated by the legislation in force in each country.
The manufacturer provides warranty in accordance with the legislation of the customer’s own country of residence, with a minimum of 1 year (Germany: 2
years), starting from the date on which the appliance is sold to the end user.
The warranty only covers defects in material or workmanship.
The repairs under warranty may only be carried out by an authorized service centre. When making a claim under the warranty, the original bill of purchase
(with purchase date) must be submitted.
The warranty will not apply in cases of:
•
Normal wear and tear
•
Incorrect use, e.g. overloading of the appliance, use of non-approved accessories
•
Use of force, damage caused by external influences
•
Damage caused by non-observance of the user manual, e.g. connection to an unsuitable mains supply or non-compliance with the installation
instructions
•
Partially or completely dismantled appliances.
Australia & New Zealand only
This product has the benefit of certain Consumer Guarantees prescribed by the Australian Consumer Law which provide protection for consumers. There
is no separate warranty as referred to above.
Disposal of Materials
This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed with other household wastes throughout the EU. To prevent possible harm to the
environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. To
return your used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the product was purchased. They can take this
product for environmental safe recycling.
