1. PURPOSE OF THIS MANUAL
EUROPE PROJECTION
has prepared this
Instructions and maintenance
manual
as a document that has to be attached to the precision sandblaster during its entire useful life,
being considered as one of its components.
This guide is intended for the end user and it contains all relevant information on safety in
regard to:
Assembly
Start-up
Use
Maintenance, including tests carried out by the user
Dangers caused by an inappropriate use
2. INFORMATION NOTE
This document has to be at disposal of the staff involved in its use and maintenance.
In order to ensure that the equipment features correspond to those specified in your
order, please, check it when you receive it and contact the authorized TAS (Technical
Assistance Service) in case any disagreement is detected.
For these reasons, it is recommended that any repair or replacement of components of
the equipment should be carried out directly by the manufacturer. (Contact the manufacturer
for Technical Service).
WARNING:
Any modification in the original configuration of the equipment or its components, as
well as its use for a different purpose for which it has been designed will imply the
immediate invalidation of the homologation. This will exempt
EUROPE PRO-
JECTION
from any responsibility as the manufacturer of the commercialized
equipment.
Moreover, the homologation invalidation will be caused by:
Welding operations on the pressure device.
Machining operations (drilling, cutting, etc.).
Assemblies different to the original ones.
Replacement of elements different to the original ones.
Manipulation of the safety valve.
The following actions will cause a breakdown, which is not covered by the warranty:
Working with wet abrasives or with higher measures than recommended.
Laying the machine horizontally with the tank full of abrasive.
Filling the tank with abrasive to the top.
Using the equipment near the air compressor, since the resulting dust can
damage the compressor.
