PROBLEM SOLVING GUIDE
PROBLEM CAUSES
Distiller water is not produced
- Power cable not plugged into power socket or upper
cover cable not plugged into the socket at the base of
the distiller
- no power at socket
- start button not pressed
Not enough distilled water is produced - water not filled to max level
- lid gasket not sealing properly or in the wrong position
- collection bottle not placed directly under the spout
Water or steam leaks from spout - activated carbon sachets not properly placed fitted
inside the nozzle
- collection bottle not correctly aligned with distiller
ATTENTION: BEFORE EVERY MAINTENANCE OPERATION, DISCONNECT THE
UNIT FROM THE POWER SUPPLY AND HAVE A SPECIALISED TECHNICIAN TO
PERFORM THE CHECK
