The accuracy of this general, air-pressure-based weather forecast is between 70 % and 75 %. The weather
forecast reflects the weather situation for the next 12 hours and does not necessarily have to describe the
current situation correctly.
The weather forecast for snowfall is not based on air pressure but on the outdoor temperature. If the tem-
perature is below -3 °C, the weather symbol for snowfall is shown on the LC display (8).
k) Comfort level indicator
The comfort level indicator is a visual display based on the measured temperature and humidity of the indoor air. This
determines the level of comfort.

The comfort level indicator can vary according to the humidity, even if the temperature remains constant.
At temperatures below 0 °C or above 60 °C, the weather station does not display comfort symbols.
l) Resetting/erasing all data
• Press and hold the
HISTORY
button (6) for 10 seconds. This will erase all previously recorded data.
The time and connection to the outdoor sensor (pairing) are not affected. You will not need to reset the time
or pair the weather station and outdoor sensor again.
13. The Beaufort scale
The Beaufort scale is an empirical scale for estimating the wind speed without using measuring instruments. It works
by relating wind speed to observed conditions on sea or land, such as the movement of trees or waves on the surface
of the ocean. It is named after Sir Francis Beaufort. The wind speed on land and sea is calculated in different ways.
The anemometer displays measurements on the Beaufort scale as a bar graph with digits from 1 - 12. The table below
provides an approximate conversion of Beaufort measurements into different units.
