No signal reception from the
outdoor sensor
The distance between the weather
station and the outdoor sensor may
be too large.
Objects or shielding materi-
als (metallised insulating glass
windows, steel reinforced concrete,
etc.) are obstructing the wireless
reception. The weather station is
too close to other electronic devices
(TV, computer).
Another transmitter on the same or
close frequency is interfering with
the wireless signal from the outdoor
sensor.
Change the installation location
of the weather station and/or the
outdoor sensor.
Reduce the distance between the
weather station and the outdoor
sensor.
Then perform a manual sensor
search. Refer to the chapter ‘10.
Operation’, section ‘c) Replacing
the batteries’, ‘Replacing the batter-
ies in the outdoor sensor’.
The outdoor sensor does not work
(LED indicator (J) is not flashing
every 12 seconds).
No batteries have been inserted.
The batteries in the outdoor sensor
are weak or depleted.
Insert new batteries into the outdoor
sensor on a trial basis. Refer to
chapter 10. Operation’, section ‘c)

1. Bring the weather station and out-
door sensor closer together.
2. Ensure that no interference is
being caused by other electrical
devices, e.g. TVs, computers, mi-
crowaves.
3. If this does not help to resolve the
problem, reset the weather station
and the outdoor sensor and attempt
signal reception again.
