•
Cut the grass by moving the grass trimmer from right to left and proceed slowly keeping
the trimmer inclined by about 15° (Fig. 10).
•
High grass should be cut in layers, always beginning from the top. The cuts should be
short (Fig. 11).
•
Do not cut damp or wet grass. Dry grass will give excellent results.
•
Always let the nylon line rotate at top speed; do not work in such a way as to overload
the trimmer.
Caution! Do not use the Grass Trimmer without the guard.
•
Never pass the grass trimmer over the extension cable while the grass trimmer is running;
make sure it is always in a safe position behind your back.
•
Before starting work, make sure that the area to be cut is free of stones, debris, wires and
any other objects.

Extending the cutting line
WARNING:
Do not use any kind of metal wire or metal wire encased in plastic in the cutting
head. This may cause serious injuries to the user
Your trimmer uses 1,6mm diameter, round line to cut grass and weeds quickly and easily.
During use, the tip of the nylon line will get shorter due to wear. Cutting line will wear faster
if the cutting or edging is done along sidewalks or other abrasive surfaces or heavier
weeds are being cut.
For this reason, the cutter is provided with a system:
“
Auto-feed
”
that when the cutting
line is too short
,
it can feed for itself.
Replacement of the line spool (
Fig. 12 & Fig.13)
•
Push the clips (b) of the spool holder (a) both sides down and pull it out of the motor fan.
•
Remove the empty spool (c) and clean the inside of the spool holder carefully removing
all dust and grass residues.
•
Insert the new spool in the spool base and push the end of line through the lateral holes
(d).
