Enable RS232 or RS485 based on PLC‟s serial port. PLC-505 allows at
most 5 PLCs with RS485 serial port to connect to the same PLC-505,
with each PLC matching a channel, and the channel is identified by
channel ID. RS232 and RS485 can be used at the same time;
The serial port parameters (baud rate, data bits, stop bits, and parity)
can be set for RS232 and RS485 separately;
Click “Save”;
Choose “Reboot System” in the menu list, and reboot PLC-505.

Register terminal ID on IoT cloud platform to implement data
acquisition
Open browser, visit IoT cloud platform website:
and then login it. In the device list, click the device created before, and then
“Connection Management”, register terminal ID, as shown in the figure
below. Terminal ID is the channel ID in PLC-505‟s Serial functionality.
