Connecting bridge induction cooking zones
The Bridge induction zones can be connected to each other. This creates one large zone that can
be used, for example, a grill plate or a large fish pan on the same power. The pan has to be large
enough to cover the centres of the front and rear cooking zone.
Connecting bridge induction cooking zones
The hob is switched on and both left cooking zones are off (position 0).
1. Place a pan in the middle of both bridge induction cooking zone.
2. Simultaneously touch the selection keys of both left cooking zones.

Both indicator lights of the bridge induction cooking zones start blinking.
3. Use the slide control to set the desired cooking power for both the connected cooking
zones, or touch one of the boost keys to activate boost for the entire bridge induction
cooking zone.

The power appears on both displays

Both indicator lights of the bridge induction cooking zones light up continuously.
▷
Set a higher or lower power by selecting the cooking zone with one of the selection keys
and using the slide control.
Disconnecting bridge induction cooking zones
1. Simultaneously touch the selection keys of both left cooking zones.

Both indicator lights of the bridge induction cooking zones go off.
2. Set the power level to ‘0’ to switch off the cooking zones.
Timer control
The timer is connected to an active cooking zone. After the set time has elapsed, the cooking
zone will switch off automatically. A timer can be set for each active cooking zone.
1. Select the desired cooking zone and set the power.
2. Touch the minus ‘-’ key or plus ‘+’ key of the timer.

The indicator light at the timer of the relevant cooking zone and the timer display
will blink.
3. Use the minus ‘-’ key or plus ‘+’ key of the timer to set the desired time (from 1 to
99 minutes).

The indicator light on the timer of the relevant cooking zone continues to flash. The time
is counting down.
▷
The selected cooking zone will switch off automatically once the set time has elapsed.
▷
The alarm will sound for 1 minute after the set time has passed.
4. Touch the minus ‘-’ key or plus ‘+’ key of the timer to stop the alarm.
