•
The device may only be operated in its original,
unmodified, and technically perfect condition.
All protective devices must operate faultlessly
and be freely accessible.
•
Children under the age of 3 should be kept
away unless under constant supervision. Chil
-
dren between the ages of 3 and 8 may only
switch the device on and off if they are super
-
vised or have been instructed regarding safe
use of the device and understand the result
-
ing risks, as long as the device is placed or
installed at its normal place of use. Children
between the ages of 3 and 8 may not plug the
device in, control the device, clean it and/or
carry out maintenance.
•
The foot warming mat should only be laid on a
level floor surface and be used on fire-resist
-
ant substrates.
•
Do not cover the foot warming mat.
•
Before use, the foot warming mat must be
checked for foreign bodies.
•
Check that no sharp edges, protruding nails or
screws are pressed into the foot warming mat.
•
The foot warming mat should only be used
when it is laid out.
•
Do not perforate or pierce.
•
Avoid pinpoint pressure loading, for example
from the foot of a cabinet.
•
When cleaning, pull the mains plug, and do not
use harsh cleaners.
•
The rubber is NOT resistant to oils and resins.
•
It is okay to run over the mat with an office
chair.
•
Because of its high area output, the PTXS
warming mat may only be used indoors or out
-
doors in very cold ambient conditions (support
surface temperatures below 10 °C).
•
The mats are NOT UV and ozone-resistant.
•
The product must not be used if there are signs
of damage.
•
The product must not be used to warm ani
-
mals.
•
If the surface of the heating mat is worn (wear
on the rib structure), it must be replaced.
