Battery Operation
Remove battery Compartment Cover.
Put in 6 batteries (C size or equivalent) in the correct polarity as indicated inside the
compartment. Replace the cover.
Note:
Check your batteries regularly. Old or discharged batteries should be replaced.
If the unit is not going to be used for some time or is being run exclusively on
alternative power, remove the batteries to avoid leakage and damage.
Only use Super Alkaline batteries to operate this unit.
AC Main Operation
Connect the cord to the electrical outlet. AC power supply is AC 120V~60Hz.
Adjusting the volume
You can turn the Volume Control button to reduce or increase the volume.
Turn the unit
Move the Function switch to the OFF position.
Headphone Jack
You can use headphones to listen to music.
1. Adjust the volume to a low level.
2. Insert the headphone plug into the headphone jack.
3. Adjust the volume to your desired level.
Note: the speaker audio will be cut when you insert a headphone plug
into this jack.
