Recommendation
Cut the big pieces of foodstuffs into cubes of dimension at about 2 x 2 x 2 cm. When
processing hard cheese, work only for a short time. During long work the cheese could
become warm and get lumped. Never use the sickle-shaped knife to cut materials like
cinnamon or ice cubes! The knife would unnecessarily get blunt soon. If it is necessary,
stop the work, switch off the appliance and remove the foodstuffs, which stuck on the
knife or on the walls of the vessel (see the section
I. SECURITY ADVICE
).
