Installation Instructions  

1. 

Remove  the  packing  materials  from  the  machine,  including 
inside the chamber. 

 
2. 

Remove  the  lower  front  panel,  position  the  machine  and  level 
by screwing the adjustable feet. Leave 500mm free on the left 
side under bench level for servicing. 

 
3. 

Connect  the  2”  B.S.P.  gravity  drain  via  a  2”  trap  to  the  drain 
outlet.    Connect  the  hot  water  supply  via  a  min  ½  ”isolating 
valve  (adjacent  to  the  unit)  to  the  ½  B.S.P.  union  at  base  of 
machine.    The  water  supply  to  be  a  minimum  temperature  of 
65

°

C and a pressure of 200-400 kpa. 

 
 

Note: All plumbing work is to be done in accordance with local 
plumbing codes. 

 
4. 

Ensure that the rotary switch is in the “OFF” position then open 
the  control  panel  and  connect  the  3-phase  power  +  N  via  an 
isolating switch (near machine) to the terminal block market L1, 
L2,  L3  &  N,  connect  the  Earth  to  the  “E”  terminal.    Check 
rotation  of  the  wash  motor  is  as  per  the  arrow  on  motor 
housing  (anti  clock  at  motor  end).    Maintain  rotary  switch  in 
“OFF” position. 

 
 

Note:    all  electrical  work  is  to  be  done  by  qualified  trades 
person  in  accordance  with  local  codes  and  as  per  the  rating 
plate.
