Ensure that:
The top of magnet is aligned with the top of the detector
The magnet is within 4 cm (1.6 in.) of the detector

Press the magnet into place.
Installing the Emergency Button
You can install the emergency button with screws.
To install the emergency button:
1.
Drill out the hole guides as follows:

Position the wall mount against the wall.
3.
Mark the position of the screws through the holes in the wall mount.
4.
Drill holes where marked and insert the wall anchors.
5.
Align the wall mount with the wall anchors.
