Notification message format
The format of the message notifying the user or the administrator who
previously sent out a programming SMS, is the same as the programming
message format.
SMS notifying an accepted command:
ET-IG4*xxx#c..c#
SMS notifying a rejected command:
ET-IG4*xxx#c..cERR#
Example:
outgoing SMS to enable low-battery check and to set the following
