3.
ASSEMBLY
3.1 Connect the air supply line to the air valve.
3.2 Attach shop air line and check for leaks before use.
3.3 Apply the emergency brake and use wheel chocks to block all wheels to prevent any movement of the vehicle
being lifted.
3.4 Position the jack near desired lift point.
NOTE:
Check in your vehicle owner's manual for the location of recommended lift point.
3.5 Press the button on the “UP” side to raise the load to desired height, loosen the button
and immediately
USE JACK
STANDS
with adequate capacity to support the load.
3.6 When work is done, raise load enough to carefully remove the jack stands. Then
SLOWLY
and
CAREFULLY
lower
the load by pressing the button on the “DOWN” side.
WARNING! Be sure all tools and personnel are clear before lowering load.
3.7
When lowering vehicle, ensure hands and feet are clear and hold the control valve button on the “DOWN” side until
jack is free from vehicle.
NOTE:
Dirty air will damage your air jack’s control manifold. Use air supply filtration and separation.
4.
MAITENANCE
4.1 Clean the outside of the jack with dry, clean and soft cloth and
periodically lubricate the air valve with a light oil in
normal service.
4.2
When not in use, store the jack in a dry location with the bags fully lowered.
4.3
Before each use check all parts. If any part of the jack is damaged or suspect, remove the jack from service and take
necessary action to repair.
