2) DESCRIPTION
2.1) General description
The Origo™ Feed 304 wire feeders is especially designed for welding with self protected cored wires,
connected to constant voltage source (CV), such as MIG/MAG, services of average and heavy production.
They have a progressive wire mechanism of 4 rollers engaged to the clutch and an electronic control
system.
Provided with two speed options, which can be selected in the gun handle, manual trigger of the wire
without welding voltage, digital instrument to measure current and voltage, lifting rings which make it easy to
move the equipment and stand to rest the welding gun and cover for wire protection.
Projected to receive bobbins with up to 300 mm external diameter (international standard spool 25).
Provides multi range adjustment of voltage, which allows the operator to have a better feeling when
adjusting parameters.

4) CONTROLS AND CONNECTIONS
1) Control Potentiometer of wire speed allows adjusting the wire speed when the selective switch of the
pistol is positioned in x.
2) Control Potentiometer of wire speed allows adjusting the wire speed when the selective switch of the gun
is positioned in y.
3) Control potentiometer of power source voltage.
4) Digital voltmeter / amperimeter. To display the welding voltage and current. After the welding it maintains
the set values shown on the display.
5) Connection to install the welding gun.
6) Socket to connect the trigger of the welding gun.
7) Gun holder.
8) Interruptor of manual wire release - Allows the wire to be fed without voltage in the welding gun.
9) Wire mechanism.
10) Brake hub
11) Wire conduit.
