Plasma Parameters
In the SETUP menu, press the

key to enter the PLASMA parameter page:

PLASMA Parameters
FIND INITIAL HEIGHT Turn on initial height sensing for plasma torch.
IHS LOGIC Set this to 0 for Crossbow with ESAB Plasma.
IHS AFTER PAUSE
Turn on automatic initial height sensing when re-starting after
pausing a program.
INITIAL HEIGHT TIMER Adds a short retract time before starting the IHS cycle.
TORCHUP TIME Timer to raise torch at start of pierce.
TORCHDN TIME Timer to drive torch down at end of pierce.
USE ARC-ON SIGNAL
Wait for arc-on signal from the plasma power source before starting
motion.
MAX TIME FOR ARC-ON Max time waiting for the arc-on signal before generating an error.
PIERCE TIME
Travel delay after arc-on signal is received, to allow plasma to
pierce through the material. Set longer for thicker materials.
FIRST PIERCE TIME Additional time for first pierce on cold plate.
WATER INJECTION Not used.
NUM FOR PIERCE TIMER Not used.
AHC CORNER DISTANCE AHC freeze distance before and after a corner.
AHC-OFF LOOK AHEAD AHC freeze distance before end of cut.
ARC VOLTAGE DELAY
Delay after cutting starts before Arc Voltage Height Control begins,
to allow arc to stabilize.
ARC ON M ORDER Internal M-Code Order. Must be set to 12. Do not change.
ARC OFF M ORDER Internal M-Code Order. Must be set to 13. Do not change.
