Annual Maintenance 
 

To assure the correct functioning of the control valve, the following items must be checked annually: 
 
1.

 

Clean out injector. 

2.

 

Clean brine refill flow control. 

3.

 

Clean backwash flow control. 

4.

 

Verify correct functioning of flow meter; clean impeller if necessary. 

5.

 

Verify programming of timer; re-program timer if necessary. 

6.

 

Measure the residual hardness; adjust mixing valve if necessary. 

7.

 

Verify min and max. pressure; install pressure reducer if necessary.
