Testing the Installation

The RBS is now ready for the site installation tests.

The site installation tests should be performed directly after the completion of

the RBS installation,

see Chapter Site Installation Tests

.

After the installation and integration testing is completed, return to

Installing the Sunshields

This section describes how to install the sunshields.

Different sunshields are used depending on whether or not components are

installed on the front of the RRU.

1. If the fan unit or integral Omni Antenna are not used, install the top

sunshield and fasten two screws either to the RRU or the IXU.

See Figure

below
