Products & Services, Inc.!

The operator is responsible for compliance with the
maintenance intervals!
The maintenance work must be carried out in accordance with checklist
1018814-.. by a JK Factory Certified Technician at the manufacturer or by
personnel who have been authorized, trained and qualified by the manufac-
turer.
The correctly carried out maintenance work must be entered and confirmed in
checklist 1018814-...
The maintenance work must be carried out at the following intervals:
Every 1500 operating hours
Annually or every 2000 operating hours, whichever is sooner.
After 5000 operating hours
After 10 years or 20,000 operating hours, whichever is sooner.
Once the age of the device reaches ten (10) years from the date of manufac-
ture, its condition must be assessed by a (level 4) JK Factory Certified Tech-
nician before use of the device can be continued.
Failure to have this device assessment performed may result in personal
injury or property damage.
Any liability is excluded if use of the device continues ten (10) years after the
date of manufacture, without the "condition assessment" having been per-
formed.
