PLUNGE CUTTING (K)
WARNING!
Plunge cutting may be used only on soft materials such as
wood, gypsum plaster boards, etc.! Use only short saw blades!
Place the front edge of the base plate on the workpiece and switch the product on, wait
until it runs at full speed.
Press the product firmly against the workpiece and plunge the saw blade slowly into the
workpiece.
Continue to saw along the cutting line as soon as the complete surface of the base plate
rests on the workpiece.
POCKET CUTTING (L)
NOTE:
Choose between plunge cutting and boring a starting hole to start
a cut in the centre of the workpiece when there is no lead-in cut from the
edge.
Use a suitable drill to drill a hole of at least 12 mm on the cutting line.
Insert the saw blade that is fitted to the product into the hole and ensure it does not touch
the workpiece.
Switch the product on and wait until it runs at full speed before pushing the product
forward along the intended cutting line.
BEVEL CUTTING (M)
Adjust the required cutting angle; ensure the base adjustment lever (12) is properly
tightened.
Switch the product on and wait until it runs at full speed before placing it on the
workpiece.
Place the base plate flat on the workpiece and push the product forward at an even
speed.
OVERLOAD, TEMPERATURE AND CHARGING PROBLEM
