Unlocking the TouchKey by using the App

Open the ERA Smart Home App
(iOS or Android).

Ensure you are standing less than
2m from the TouchKey handle and
that Bluetooth is enabled on your
mobile device. Select

"TouchKey"

from the menu.

Press the centre of the circle
containing the

"padlock",

to unlock

TouchKey.

A

GREEN

LED light will display on

the external handle. Please then push
the handle down to open the lock.
