Chapter 1 Product Overview
Battery LED
Three LEDs indicate the battery level. These LEDs will not light unless you turn on the printer.

"Operation Mode When Battery is Low" on page 25
for information about the battery level.
: ON
: Flashing
: OFF
Charge LED
Indicates whether the battery is charging or not.
•
Stays on while the battery is charging.
•
Flashes when there is an abnormality in battery charging.
•
Turns off when the battery charge is complete and stays off while the battery is fully charged.
Wi-Fi LED
•
Lights when the printer is connected to Wi-Fi and ready for communication.
•
Flashes when the printer is temporarily unable to communicate, such as when it is obtaining an IP address
after being connected to Wi-Fi.
•
Off while the printer is not connected to Wi-Fi.
Bluetooth LED
•
Lights while the printer is connected via Bluetooth.
•
Flashes while the printer is waiting to be paired with another device.
•
Off while the printer is not connected via Bluetooth.
Battery LED
Battery Level
Description
H level
You can continue to use the printer.
M level
You can continue to use the printer.
L level
You can continue to use the printer, but we recommend
recharging the battery or replacing it with a charged battery.
S level
Charge or replace the battery.
E level
Charge or replace the battery.

A buzzer can be activated when the battery level reaches the L or S level. The buzzer setting can
be made using TM-P80II Utility or in the software setting mode. See
for more details.
•
When the battery level reaches the E level, the error LED lights up.
