Set Programmable to
OFF
to automatically
repeat the same interval.

Tap the interval list you want to update, select
the
Sprint
,
Recovery
, and
Repeat
options, and
tap
Back
.

If you want to add any additional interval
presets, tap
+
and select the
Sprint
,
Recovery
,
and
Repeat
options.
If you set Programmable to
OFF
, you cannot
add any additional interval presets.
Note:
You can delete and reorder interval presets by
tapping
Edit
.
