switch state should be set to "ON".

3.2 Configuration Jumpers
The S5U13709P00C100 Evaluation Board includes the following 2-pin, 3-pin and 8-pin jumper
blocks which are used to control function and for power consumption measurement. For jumper
locations on the evaluation board, see Figure 3-2: “Configuration Jumper Location”
