Enter new values for the size or percentage of
enlargement or reduction.

Enter a value for the image’s resolution (dots per inch).
PhotoPC 500 will keep the image the same size and
interpolate a higher resolution.

OK
to apply your changes to the image.
NOTE
To maintain image quality when printing, you should try increasing
the resolution when you enlarge an image. For example, if you scale
a picture by 300 percent (3 times larger), you should increase the
resolution from 152 dpi to 456dpi.
Rotating
You can use the Rotate tool to tilt or turn a selected part of
an image. To rotate an entire image to the exact degree you
want, use the Rotate command on the Edit menu.
Rotating a Selection
Follow these steps:

Click the Rotate tool.

Click and select the part of the image you want to
rotate. When you release the mouse button, an
“animated” rectangle surrounds the selected area.
