5.1.3 Flange-back Adjustment
1. Complete the setting-up for adjustment. (See “Getting Ready for
Adjustment” on page -61)
2. Set the simens star chart 150 cm
±
3cm so that it becomes center of
the screen. (Use A3 or bigger simens star chart)
3. Set the rotary switch “View” and connect the camera and TV by the
video cable. Then, make sure that simens star chart is located in the
TV screen. If you can not use the TV, check it on the LCD monitor.
4. Press “Focus” button on the program and press “Yes”.

5. Automatically shooting (2 times: Zoom shooting and Standard
shooting) and adjustment are performed by the program. After
adjustment is completed, adjustment value will appear on the
screen.
6. Click “O.K” button on the screen.

C A U T I O N
If an error is made in adjustment, the following value
will result.
0: Incorrect adjustment precision (large difference
when adjusting and checking)
1:Iris NG
If the same error appears even after re-adjustment,
there might be malfunction around the focus
mechanism on the les unit or the circuit around the
CCD. In case of error “0”, replace CCD and CA1 board.
Replace lens unit, in case of error “1”.
