3.2.11.8 TR0 SENSOR (PL8.2.33) Removal

Remove the DRUM CARTRIDGE. (See Section 3.2.9.1.)

Remove the TENSION LEVER. (See Section 3.2.11.1.)

Remove the IBT INNER COVER ASSY. (See Section 3.2.5.6.)

Remove the FUSER ASSY. (See Section 3.2.12.1.)

Remove the BELT CLEANER ASSY. (See Section 3.2.11.3.)

Remove the 2ND BTR ASSY. (See Section 3.2.11.4.)

Remove the MSI/REGI HIGH ASSY. (See Section 3.2.8.1.)

Remove the TRANSFER HIGH ASSY. (See Section 3.2.11.2.)

Remove the 2 screws (black, w/collar, 10mm) securing the IBT R/H RAIL,
remove the COLLAR, and get down the IBT R/H RAIL.

10. Disconnect the TR0 SENSOR connector (P/J57).

11. Remove the screw (black/w/collar, 10mm) securing the TR0 SENSOR, and

remove the TR0 SENSOR.

3.2.11.9 BTR CAM CLUTCH (PL8.3.4) Removal

Remove the REAR COVER ASSY. (See Section 3.2.5.8.)

Disconnect the BTR CAM CLUTCH connector (P/J63).

Remove the 2 screws (silver, w/collar, 6mm) securing the BTR REAR
BRACKET, and remove the BTR REAR BRACKET.

Remove the E-ring securing the BTR CAM CLUTCH, and remove the BTR
CAM CLUTCH.
