Use of EPIXXCW5.INF (EPIXXC32.VXD for version 2.0 and earlier), above, provides automatic installation of
EPIXXCW5.VXD (EPIXXC32.VXD for version 2.0 and earlier) in most circumstances. The following information allows manual
installation, correcting problems, or integration with an OEM's procedures.
The EPIXXCW5.VXD (EPIXXC32.VXD for version 2.0 and earlier) must be copied to the Windows SYSTEM directory,
typically:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM

Using the Registry Editor (REGEDIT) provided with Windows, create an entry such as:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Class\Unknown\0000
replacing the \0000, if such an entry already exists, with the next available sequential number. This entry must contain:
